Defy Earth

The Glitterati Luxury Lifestyle Group, a Las Vegas company specializing in the unattainable, has organized and will execute 12 consecutive Earth challenges. Defy Earth has been created to both raise awareness of Bipolar Disorder and raise revenue for its study and treatment.

Ron Jones CEO of The Glitterati, LLC will take on 12 years of challenges including but not limited to Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa and sailing Antarctica. The challenges have been chosen in accordance with uniqueness, positions on the globe, and difficulty. Each challenge will raise funds for donation to organizations for the research and study of Bipolar Disorder and Suicide Prevention. The adventure begins September of 2012 with the ascent of Mt. Kilimanjaro with teammate Jason Davis. After successfully ascending Mt. Kilimanjaro a different challenge, listed at right and throughout our site, will be conquered each in succession.

Defy Earth was created by Ron Jones in an attempt to raise awareness of Bipolar Disorder as it affected him personally. Anthony Jones, the younger brother of Ron Jones, was a sufferer of Bipolar Disorder and left us untimely at the age of 23. Anthony Jones a victim of suicide, died during what doctors believe was a Manic Episode, common among sufferers of this disease.

Defy Earth will raise awareness as a spectacle of adventure to extend more than a decade. With increased exposure comes increased awareness of the disease.
